To use certain features of the Service (e.g., as a recruiter), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Submit false or misleading information in connection with a job application or job posting.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowdexx and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flowdexx, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
